• Your merchant account must be active and enabled for payouts.
• You must have valid credentials for the appropriate environment (Stage or Production).

Each country may impose additional rules for processing payouts, such as accepted document types, required fields for bank accounts, or supported payment rails (cash pickup, bank transfer, instant payments, wallets, etc.).
