This guide outlines the step-by-step process a customer follows when using Bamboo as a payment provider in a VTEX store.
When Bamboo is integrated with your VTEX store, customers can select Credit and Debit Cards as a payment option during checkout. Here’s what the process looks like from the customer’s perspective.
Payment Flow
- Add products to cart
- Enter shipping and billing information
- Select ‘Credit Card’ or ‘Debit Card’ as the payment method. Review the list of Payment Methods available for Bamboo in VTEX.
- Enter card details and choose payment terms
- Single payment (one-time charge)
- Installment plan (if available)
- Complete the transaction
- View order confirmation
